Bourbon Street Social – restaurant branding
Bourbon Street Social, a themed restaurant in the heart of a local town center, provides shuffleboard games, smart darts, and delectable cuisine. Our task encompassed designing logos and establishing a cohesive brand identity throughout the restaurant. This extended to branded materials like menus, posters, signage, and uniforms. Additionally, we crafted a website featuring a header video and an integrated booking system.
Identity Design
Using Illustrator, we generated multiple logo sketches for the client. In this initial phase, we defined the shape and form in black and white. The client then selects the preferred design from the options, which becomes the focus for the subsequent phase of refinement.
Focus phase
During this stage, we introduce color and refine the typography to enhance the visual elements of the design. This marks the progression where the logo begins to take on its distinctive appearance, incorporating vibrant hues and polished typography for a more comprehensive aesthetic.
Brand Stylesheet
We formulate a brand style sheet as a reference for anyone involved in designing elements for Bourbon Street Social. This comprehensive guide outlines fonts, typography, logo usage, image styles, and icons, ensuring a standardized and cohesive visual identity across all brand-related materials.
